Mr. Thomas is a graduate of the LaSalle University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in several states.

Mr. Thomas began his engineering career in 1972. Since that time he has gained significant experience in the analysis, design, investigation, and inspection of structures to include single family and multifamily housing, industrial and commercial facilities, and state of the art hospital and communication facilities. He has routinely provided engineering design analysis for federal facilities. Mr. Thomas has served as Director of Engineering and Facilities, Senior Staff Engineer and Engineering Analyst for various federal agencies. He has served in technical societies and on committees at the local and regional level.
