Mr. James Freeland is a licensed Professional Forester, Professional Engineer in 17 states, and a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in 34 states. He founded Freeland & Associates, Inc. in 1975. He received his BS in Forestry from Clemson University in 1964 and his BS in Civil Engineering from Clemson University in 1969. Mr. Freeland is CEPSCI certified and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He currently serves a Chairman of the Board of Metropolitan Sewer Sub-District. He is also a board member of the Greenville Technical College Geomatics program.
