Mr. Taylor is a licensed Professional Engineer with various degrees. He began his engineering career in 1978. Since then he has gained significant experience in the analysis, design, and management of all types of roadway projects (state routes, interstates, local roads, bridges, etc.). He routinely performs all phases of civil engineering design work including erosion prevention/sediment control, hydrology, plans production, grading, and work zone traffic control. Mr. Taylor has authored numerous technical reports and co-wrote the Tennessee Dept. of Transportation’s Emergency Preparedness Plan.
