Bill Scott holds a B.S.E.E. degree and a B.S.M.E. degree. He also holds a Certificate in International Operations from the Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden. Bill is a licensed professional engineer in four states and a member of the IEEE, NSPE, American Management Association, Association of Project Managers and the Project Management Institute. Bill is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Certified Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association.
Bill has over 35 years of combined experience in industry, consulting and training. Bill's project work includes project as large as $180 million and as long as six years for heavy industry and the electric utility industry. His project work has taken Bill to Western Europe and the Far East. Bill's expertise is broad in scope and includes the following skills: General Management/Administration, Project Management/Engineering, Finance/Accounting, Information Systems and Consulting
