Mr. Reynolds has broad experience in the field of civil engineering. Currently he is the Director of Transportation and engineering manager for a firm that specializes in Civil- Transportation- Environmental and Land planning. His experience over the past 14 years has included geotechnical engineering, materials testing, hydraulic/hydrology studies, land planning and transportation engineering. Mr. Reynolds has experience with projects throughout the contiguous United States. He has taught science and business courses at the university level including environmental science and organizational management.

Mr. Reynolds is a Licensed Professional Engineer in several states, and certified as a level II designer from the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission.
