This course covers best practices for managing technical staff in areas such as communication and collaboration, performance management and feedback, professional development and career advancement, motivating and engaging technical staff, and conflict resolution and problem-solving. In addition, this course discusses how to manage remote and virtual teams and how to manage changes and adapt to new technologies.
