This course is the seventh learning unit associated with the topic of the investigation and rehabilitation of constructed buildings and structures, and Part II of Building Envelope Deterioration Investigations and Repairs. The course includes a detailed discussion of the deterioration of terra cotta, cast stone, stone, CMU and curtainwall facades. The course includes a discussion of the many sources of damage, as well as methods of repair for these same types of façade claddings.
This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
