Frequently, Consultants and Owners do a single project together, then part ways. Why? For others, long-term relationships can come to an abrupt end. Why? Others muddle along but the road remains rocky. Why? This course considers two perspectives the Consultant as viewed by the Owner, and the Owner as viewed by the Consultant to better understand the other and learn how perceptions develop that create difficulties. Once understood, strategies are developed to minimize problems to facilitate developing a truly mutual beneficial relationship. Relationships can be mutually beneficial, long-term, and profitable. This course draws on the experience of the Instructor, who has extensive experience in both worlds.
This course includes a multiple choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
