This course is based on the 2016 Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, which includes Table A Optional Survey Responsibilities and Specifications. A redline version is also provided so that you can focus on the changes made from the previous 2011 version to the current 2016 version.
This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
