Lighting analysis can be an integral part of a forensic engineering assignment. With premises liability cases involving slip, trips, and/or falls, there may be a claim of insufficient lighting. This course will review some of the basic lighting requirements, measurement techniques, and other lighting issues.
This course is not intended for lighting design. For a course in lighting design, consider course numbers: A174, E114, and/or E153.
This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
