This two-hour online course provides a basic overview of the kanban scheduling process. Kanban scheduling is the start of the journey to the ideal state of continuous or 1-piece flow. In this ideal state: defect-free products are pulled through the value creation process. This course with discuss the concept and history of kanban as well as a 7-step process for implementing kanban scheduling.
This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
