This one-hour online course provides a basic overview of the Standard Work. Standard work is a key element to sustaining the lean journey. It is intended as a visual 1-page document that explains with words and pictures how a process is completed. It is the one best way to complete the agreed process. Standard work is used to train as well as the basis for process audits.
This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
