This course provides an introduction to harmonic theory and assessment in relation to UPS equipment. This course is suitable for electrical engineers with a desire to understand the fundamentals of UPS systems and their impact on the power quality. Upon successful completion engineers will be able to understand what the UPS is, how it operates and how it affects power quality of the network to which it is connected. Also, high level overview of the filtering systems is given.
This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
