Mr. Waddell has over 10 years of design, estimating and project management experience in the heavy and environmental construction industry. He began his career as an engineering consultant designing and overseeing the construction of large sewer interceptor projects and pump stations. He has spent the last five-plus years estimating and managing construction projects involving sanitary sewers, storm sewers, drainage/site improvements, water transmission mains, roadways, pump stations, and water/wastewater treatment plant expansions.

Mr. Waddell is a licensed professional engineer, and is currently an active member of the American Waterworks Association and America’s Registry of Outstanding Professionals.
