Mr. Guan obtained his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China. He worked as an electrical engineer in Huiyang Machinery Company and taught Digital Circuit Design and Feedback Control Systems at Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics between 1987 and 1993. Mr. Guan came to the US to pursue his doctoral studies at the University of Kentucky in 1993, and obtained his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering in 2000. After his graduation, he worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow in Center for Robotics and Manufacturing Systems at the University of Kentucky. He has been serving as a PDH online course provider since 2002.
