R. Jerry Thacker is currently a real estate developer and has been a practicing licensed consulting civil engineer and land surveyor since the 1970’s. He has worked in the public sector as a design engineer, hydrologist and hydraulic engineer with the USDA, Soil Conservation Service and has owned and operated a grading business in conjunction with his development activities.
