ePDH Course Provider Biography
Andrew P, Adams, PE, MSCE earned his civil engineering degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York. His early engineering experience was built in the United States Army as a construction and combat engineer for the United States Corps of Engineers. After gaining valuable field experience, Mr. Adams taught a variety of engineering courses at the United States Army Engineer school as both a uniformed service officer and defense contractor. Upon receiving his professional engineering license, Mr. Adams served as a lead project engineer for residential, commercial, industrial, and modular steel construction projects focusing on foundation, wood frame and light steel designs. Currently, Mr. Adams owns his own business in Alaska that focuses on the diverse civil and structural challenges in Arctic and cold-weather climates.
